At the top of the mountain, our guide, Hanspeter Danuser, director of St. Moritz tourism, assembled his alphorn and played it for us. Hanspeter founded the Clean Energy Tour and he was the convention host for St. Moritz. Another convention host was Adolf Ogi, former President of the Swiss Confederation. Since 2001, Mr. Ogi has been Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary-General on Sport for Development and Peace. He addressed the convention at the opening ceremonies on Sept. 6, 2004 and gave a moving speech about the need for world peace.
