Do you know that most of the metabolic diseases commonly suffered by Indians in the country are "blood circulation related." These metabolic diseases are: hypertension, heart decease, diabetic and stroke. Statistics shows that the highest number of sufferers are Indians and our life style (eating habits) is found to be the main cause. Once diagnosed with one of these deceases, we go on taking medicine after medicine but we don't seems to get well.
